Jr. Recruitment Executive - Human Capital Management
Responsibilities:
• To handle recruitment process independently, which includes sourcing, screening, assessment, interviewing, reference check and assessing applicants to match the competencies against the requirements
• To Head Hunt for critical positions
• Participate in all Career Day, Exhibition and Conference.
• Prepare periodical and ad hoc reports on the recruitment activities
• Must be a team player and motivate other colleague
• Have a passion to grow with the company
• Assist with other ad hoc matters
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of working experience in recruitment.
• Must be resourceful and able to identify alternative way to source candidates aside from the traditional methods of recruitment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• 1 Full-Time positions available.
